When you book a holiday at La Gabelle you agree to abide by the undermentioned booking conditions. Our commitment to you is to provide you with the holiday that you have booked and paid for.
Your completed booking form must be sent to us together with a deposit of 25%. You will be sent a confirmation of the booking by return of post together with the date by which the balance of the cost of your holiday is to be paid. The final payment of 75% will be due at least 8 weeks before your arrival date, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund. If you book your holiday within 8 weeks of the arrival date full payment will be required at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing by recorded or registered post. Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of your written advice.

If we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will be payable. No liability will exceed the amount paid.

The costs of any breakages or damage to property at La Gabelle will be charged to you as appropriate.
It is the aim of the management of La Gabelle to provide a high quality of service to its customers. However, occasionally things may go wrong and it is important that such rare matters are resolved as quickly as possible. If there is any part of the service with which you are not happy you should first pursue this with the management of La Gabelle at the time where every effort will be made to resolve the matter.
